2.Ticket Transfer: While refunds are unavailable, we allow ticket transfers. You may transfer your ticket to another person if you cannot attend the event. Please inform us at least 48 hours before the event about the name and contact information of the new ticket holder. This will enable us to update our attendee records accordingly.

3.Event Cancellation: If we need to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify all ticket holders through the email address provided during the purchase. In such a case, we will issue full refunds to all ticket holders.
